Cardinals Get Back On Track

Coach DiCarlo’s squad recovered after a tough loss to Washington-Lee by dominating the Forest Park Bruins 9-0. William Oakeley '21 shut out the Bruins by denying all 12 shots, and Graham Kalan '20 notched 5 goals in the win. Captain Alex Simuro '19 added two goals and an assist, Thomas Garlock '20 posted a goal and three assists, and Gray McCulloch '21 sent in the final goal with seconds left in the game. In all, eleven separate Cardinals contributed a goal or an assist in the team effort. Next up is the annual Alumni Ice Hockey Game, where the current team will face off against BI Ice Hockey Alumni. All are welcome on Friday, December 21 at 5:15 p.m  at the Mt. Vernon RECenter.
