Students Attend Virginia Boys & Girls State
This past summer, Bishpp Ireton sent 13 rising seniors to both Virginia Boys State and Virginia Girls State. The students learned the inner workings of the government and how to build it from the ground up.
Students had the opportunity to take classes, meet other like-minded students as well as hear from top government officials in Virginia. We have the privilege of being sponsored by both the American Legion and the Women's Auxiliary each year and are happy to have given this opportunity to so many students this year.
